To unsubscribe from the service:
Daily Package: send STOPD to 595
Weekly Package: send STOPW to 595
MonthlyPackage: send STOPM to 595
To access and use any service, user should have a smart phone with WAP/GPRS or WiFi connection.
Navigation cost will be managed by MTN, according to the Plan contracted by the user.
If billing cannot process for insufficient credit, user can access to the site temporally until billing can process successfully. Retries will extend until 30 days. In the case that user doesn't have credit on that period, the user will be canceled by the service.
The service only can be used only with permission of the owner of the account/cellphone.
This service must not be used to:
a) intentionally engage in illegal conduct,
b) knowingly create, store or disseminate any illegal content,
c) knowingly infringe copyright,
d) knowingly infringe any intellectual property rights,
e) send spam or promote the sending of spam.
JOKER MOBILE AFRICA BH (Inc) has the right to suspend or terminate the services of any customer who does not comply with these terms and conditions or any other related contractual obligations.
JOKER MOBILE AFRICA BH (Inc) has the right to take down any content (hosted as part of the service) that it considers illegal or for which it has received a take-down notice.
- Customers will be able to subscribe to the service using their extra time account.
-Customers subscription will automatically renew upon expiration.
-MTN Zambia will not be held liable for the content users get on the service.
